PROBLEM:

A new student-filmed movie needs a poster that captures the feeling of the adventure to be had. They needed a bright colored poster with a warm palette to be more attention grabbing.

TARGET MARKET:

My movie poster is focused around adventure and action in the fantasy/modern genre.

COMPETITION RESEARCH:

Two movies I would have to contend with in the adventure genre are Indiana Jones and Tin Tin. Both movies revolve around global travel, a grand mystery to solve, and great action scenes. My movie is set in a fantasy world with modern age technology and travels around the continent in a similar fashion. I believe my film poster is equivocal or better than these designs since my poster captures the grander of the setting while displaying the main character at a reasonably sized foreground.

RESULTS:

The finished poster was turned in and had good reviews.
